***If boxes are not clearly labeled they may not be accepted by receiving.
Special arrangements must be made for any large equipment, food, beverage or other unusual materials. Handling charges are $5.00 per box. Pallets and items weighing over 50lbs will be charged $50.00 per. Shipments will not be accepted more than 3 days prior to the start of the event. The Hotel does not accept any liability for equipment, goods, displays, or other materials that arrive or fail to arrive at the Hotel. Your Organization is responsible for insuring its property for loss or damage.
